Your new GhostBed mattress is covered by an industry-leading 20-year warranty by Nature’s Sleep, a company that
has been in the sleep industry for more than 15 years. The GhostBed is an American-made product that is
constructed with the highest quality materials and workmanship. If your mattress has a defect while under
warranty, we will repair or replace it.
This Warranty Covers
-
Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) greater than one inch not associated from a sag in
the foundation, box springs, or platform (mattress support).
-
Any physical flaw in the mattress causing the latex or memory foam material to split or crack, despite
normal usage and proper handling.
-
During the first ten (10) years of original ownership, if the mattress is deemed defective, GhostBed shall
be responsible for the repair or replacement costs of the mattress with the exception of any handling or
transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements.

During years 11 through 20 we will, at our option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to the original
owner, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to the original owner plus transportation costs. If we
replace the mattress, the prorated replacement charge will depend on when the mattress is replaced.

If the mattress is replaced during the eleventh year of this warranty, the original owner will pay the
prorated replacement charge of fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price.

If the mattress is replaced after the eleventh year but before this warranty expires, the prorated
charge to the original owner will increase five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated
period (i.e. 55% of the original purchase price).

GhostBed mattresses are designed for use on a firm, solid-surface, or adjustable bed base (mattress
supports). This warranty is contingent and based on tests conducted on “sets” that consist of our
mattresses and acceptable mattress supports as noted above.

The outer mattress cover is warranted for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against faults
in material or workmanship.
This limited warranty does not cover any normal increase or decrease in the feel or any normal
decrease in the recovery feature of the GhostBed material, neither of which affect the performance or
pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress. Nor changes in the cooling properties of the mattress which
may decrease over time with use and exposure to the environment.
All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned,
cut, torn, stained or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who
purchased the product directly from GhostBed or an authorized dealer. If you are not the original purchaser
of this product, you take it “as-is” and “with all faults.”
Proof of Original Purchase is required to be eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty. You may

101-Night Sleep Trial
The GhostBed 101-Night Sleep Trial is designed to give you the time, comfort, ease and privacy to sleep on
your new mattress and discover all of the amazing features and benefits that inspired you to purchase it.
We offer a 101-Night Sleep Trial because we want you to have the time to try your new mattress and make sure
it meets all your needs. We encourage you to take your time to experience the GhostBed. Your body needs time
to get used to a new mattress, so the first night or two may not be your best night’s sleep. After all, you
have been sleeping on that old mattress for quite a while. So give GhostBed the chance to amaze you – no one
is pressuring you to decide overnight. We suggest taking 30 to 60 nights to make your decision, but we’ve
given you 101 nights to relax and enjoy it.
If you ultimately decide that the GhostBed is not all you want it to be, simply go to our
Return Request page and we will arrange for a free return. All we
ask is that you give your new mattress a chance for the two of you to get to know each other for a minimum
of 30 nights.
Please read the following important information
Gel Memory foam is a temperature sensitive material — therefore the ambient room temperature may affect the
feel of the mattress. Very warm or humid weather may make the mattress feel extra soft, while very cold
weather may make the mattress somewhat firmer. A bedroom temperature between 65°-75° Fahrenheit will
generate the proper feel.
Rotate the Mattress from head to foot every two weeks for the first few months, followed by once every two
or three months, or as needed.

Luxe mattress from the original owner should it be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, at
our option and subject to the limitations and conditions described in this warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
GhostBed, Inc. may require proof of the type and quality of the mattress support used with the mattress
should the original owner process a claim under this limited warranty.

GhostBed Silk Pillowcase Warranty

Our Silk Pillowcase is covered by our 90-day warranty. If a defect in the materials or workmanship not
associated with regular use is found within 90 days of purchase, GhostBed, Inc. will replace it with the same
product, or a product of equal value as outlined below.
This warranty does not cover:
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear of the material. In addition, this product must be cleaned
in accordance with the care and use instructions attached to the product. GhostBed will not be liable for
the incidental or consequential damages to property other than the product. Some states do not allow
limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranty also does not cover changes in the
cooling properties, which may decrease over time with use and exposure to the environment.
Length of warranty
If a defect in the materials or workmanship is found within 90 days of purchase, GhostBed, Inc. shall
replace the defective product without cost to the purchaser.
In order for this warranty to be valid, you must:

begins on the “warranty commencement date” which is the date of purchase for a new unused Adjustable Power Base.
If original proof of purchase is not provided by Purchaser, GhostBed reserves the right to determine if the

Full Year One Warranty (Parts, Labor, & Freight)
YEAR ONE FULL WARRANTY For the first year from the Warranty Commencement Date, The GhostBed Adjustable Power
Base is warranted against non-excluded defects in GhostBed’s workmanship or materials. During the first year
from the Warranty Commencement Date, GhostBed will repair or replace (at no cost to purchaser) any defective
Adjustable Power Base part, and GhostBed will pay all Parts, authorized labor and transportation costs
associated with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective.
Limited Year Two Warranty (Parts)
During the second year from the Warranty Commencement Date, GhostBed will replace any Adjustable Power Base
part found to be defective. This limited second year warranty shall be effective only if the defective part
is returned to GhostBed within ten (10) days of purchaser’s RMA receipt of the replacement part. Purchaser
shall pay all service and transportation costs related to the replacement of the defective part.
Limited Lifetime Warranty (Steel Frame and Mechanical Base Parts)
Upon notice and from the warranty commencement date through the product lifetime, GhostBed will replace,
(upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph), the steel and mechanical base parts found to be
defective and not excluded by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any electronics, electrical
components, drive motors or massage motors. Purchaser is responsible to pay all service and transportation
costs related to receiving and installation of the new part. This limited lifetime warranty shall be
effective only if the defective part is returned to GhostBed within ten (10) days of purchaser’s RMA receipt
of the replacement part. In years two through lifetime, purchaser shall pay all service and transportation
costs related to the replacement of the defective part. GhostBed warrants the GhostBed Adjustable Power Base
to the original purchaser, and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty begins
on the “warranty commencement date” which is the date of purchase for the new unused Adjustable Power Base.
Additional Terms And Conditions
This warranty requires notice be given to GhostBed for any claim for repairs or replacement parts.
Additionally, the original purchaser must register their Adjustable Power Base within 30 days of receipt of
product utilizing the form at the top of this page ("Register Your Warranty").
Exclusions—This Warranty Does NOT Cover The Following
This warranty does not apply; (a) to any damage caused by purchaser; (b) if there has been any repair or
replacement of adjustable base parts by an unauthorized person; (c) if the adjustable base has been
mishandled (whether in transit or by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or
otherwise operated in any manner inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the
Owner’s Manual and this warranty; (d) to damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords or items
supplied by others (contact those parties for warranty information on these items); (e) if there has been
any modification of the adjustable base without prior written consent by GhostBed; or (f) to costs for
unnecessary service calls, including costs for in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating you
about the adjustable base or finding a satisfactory power connection. This warranty will be void if either
the recommended weight restriction is not followed (refer to the advisory section of the Owner’s Manual) or
if you sell or give or transfer the base to another person. Any repairs to or replacement of the Adjustable
Power Base or its components under the terms of this limited warranty does not extend the applicable
warranty time from the Warranty Commencement Date. The decision to repair or replace defective parts under
this warranty shall be made, or cause to be made, by GhostBed at its sole discretion and option. Repair or
replacement shall be the sole remedy of the Purchaser. There shall be no liability on the part of GhostBed
for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other damage, claim, or loss not
expressly covered by the terms of this warranty. This limited warranty does not include reimbursement for
inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses.
GhostBed and its service technicians will not be responsible for moving furniture or any other items not
attached to the Adjustable Power Base to perform service on the Adjustable Power Base. It is the sole
responsibility of the purchaser to provide adequate space and accessibility to the Adjustable Power Base. If
the technician is unable to perform service due to lack of accessibility, the service call will be billed to
you and the service will be rescheduled. GhostBed makes no other warranty whatsoever, express or implied,
and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose are disclaimed by GhostBed and
excluded from this agreement. Some American States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty
provides the original purchaser specific rights, one may enjoy additional rights based upon one’s domicile
state.
GhostBed All-in-One Foundation™ Warranty

Your GhostBed All-in-One Foundation™ includes a lifetime warranty on the frame, and a 1-year warranty on the
fabric cover.
Exclusions—This Warranty does not Cover the Following
This warranty does not cover damage such as that caused by abuse, misuse, usual wear and tear, use for
non-primary purpose or freight damage. Improper or incorrect use voids this warranty.
GhostBed, Inc. shall be responsible for the repair or replacement costs of the All-in-One Foundation except
for any handling or transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements.
Length of Warranty
- Lifetime warranty on the frame of your All-in-One Foundation

Additional Information
In order for this limited warranty to be valid, you must:

- Have purchased the All-In-One Foundation from an authorized dealer.

Contact the retail store or dealer where you purchased your All-In-One Foundation. If the dealer
determines that a warranty problem exists, GhostBed will either replace or authorize the dealer to repair

GhostBed reserves the right to decide the appropriate solution. If it is necessary to return the product to
the factory, packaging and freight costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Limitations on Claims
The service terms stated in this warranty shall be the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy in the
event of product failure during the warranty period. GhostBed makes no warranty, express or implied, and
shall not be responsible for any damages or claims, whether or not such damages are direct, incidental or
consequential.
By way of example only, (i) incidental damages include items such as phone charges, time lost from work,
transportation costs and cost of renting a product to temporarily replace the warranted product; and (ii)
consequential damages include items such as replacing other property that is damaged when the warranted
product fails, are not covered.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to
state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation
may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential

value as outlined below.
This Limited Warranty Covers

What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear of the material. In addition, this product must be cleaned

on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranty also does not cover changes in the cooling
properties, which may decrease over time with use and exposure to the environment.
Length Of Warranty
During the 3 years of this warranty, if a defect is discovered GhostBed, Inc. shall replace the defective
product at no cost to the purchaser. If the defect is discovered from the 4th month to the 12th month,
GhostBed, Inc. will replace the defective product without cost to the purchaser, however the purchaser will
be responsible for any and all shipping costs. If the defect is discovered in the second year the purchaser
will be responsible for 25% of the costs of the sheet and any and all shipping costs. If the defect is
discovered in the third year the purchaser will be responsible for 50% of the costs of the sheet and any and
all shipping costs.
In Order For This Limited Warranty To Be Valid, You Must

How to File a Claim
Purchaser must contact Customer Service by calling (833) 933-0199 or
email us within 5 days after the discovery of the defect. The original
purchaser will be required to provide the original purchase receipt, claims cannot be processed without it.
The purchaser may be asked to provide the defective product and/or pictures of the product’s defect.
GhostProtector Warranty

GhostBed Mattress Protector is for residential use only. GhostBed will replace GhostBed Mattress Protector to
the original end-user purchaser if the laminate or fabric of the Product fails due to faulty workmanship or
structural defects in the course of normal usage subject to the limitations and conditions described in this
warranty. A failure is defined as any food or beverage normally consumed by a human or any human or pet bodily
fluid which, in less than 30 minutes, penetrates the GhostBed protector and reaches the mattress surface.
This Limited Warranty Covers
-
Any failure as described about where purchaser has blotted or dried the stain in thirty (30) minutes or
less after occurrence. After immediately removing the protector, such stain has not been stopped by
protector, and has reached the mattress surface. Failure to follow proper care, installation and
laundering instructions, or allowing the origin of the stain to remain on the protector for more than 30
minutes will void this warranty.

During the first year of original ownership, if the protector is deemed defective, Nature’s Sleep shall
replace the GhostBed Protector, however, all handling or transportation costs associated with this
replacement must be paid by original purchaser.

Years 2 through 10, but before this warranty expires, if the protector is deemed defective, Nature’s Sleep
will replace the protector to the original owner at the following prorated costs to the purchaser. A ten
(10) percent charge base on the original purchase price, for each subsequent year following the first
year. (i.e. 10% of the original purchase price in year 2, 20% in year 3, 30% year 4 etc., etc.) All
handling or transportation costs associated with this replacement must be paid by original purchaser.
Length Of Warranty
This warranty protects you for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase of your Mattress Protector.
Exclusions—This Warranty Does NOT Cover The Following

Medical issues, incontinence and repeated or multiple stains or multiple locations of stains from humans
and/or pets.

Substances such as dyes, inks, paints, dirt or other soil, gum, acids, corrosives, bleaches, nail polish,
nail polish remover, medication including vitamins, cosmetics, and chemical hair treatments such as hair
gel, hair spray, mousse and similar.

Odors, accumulated and / or long-term multiple unknown stains, any unknown stains, non-colorfast material,
pet damage, stains caused by the build-up of perspiration, hair or body oil, and normal soiling from
everyday use.

Any staining or damage to the mattress due to the failure of the protector, any cleaning or replacement
costs.
- Any changes in the cooling properties.
The above exclusions are aspects that do not affect the performance or protective qualities of the product.
Proper Care And Installation

The GhostBed Mattress Protector must be proper installed covering the entire mattress top and sides with
the elastic banding recessed correctly and smoothly under the mattress.

The Product must be laundered in cold water using detergent containing NO bleach or bleach alternative.
-
Dry with other bed linens or towels, not alone. Dryer settings must be set no higher than low heat
temperature setting, air drying is preferable.
-
Do not iron or use high heat to dry your protector; do not dry clean or use cleaners containing solvents
or bleach. Do not use strong detergents or fabric softeners as all of these can damage the waterproof
barrier of the protector and will void this warranty.
- Do not use an obviously damaged protector on your mattress as that will void this warranty.
- Make certain protector is completely dry before replacing it onto the mattress.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who
purchased the product directly from Nature’s Sleep, GhostBed or an authorized dealer of Nature’s Sleep.

been in the sleep industry for more than 15 years. The GhostBed is an American-made product that is constructed
with the highest quality materials and workmanship. If your KD Foundation/ Box Spring has a defect while under
warranty, we will repair or replace it.
This Warranty Covers
Any defects in materials and workmanship, splits or cracks in your new GhostBed Box Spring/KD Foundation.
Length of Warranty
This warranty protects you for three (3) years from the original date of purchase of your GhostBed Box
Spring/KD Foundation.

GhostBed Memory Foam Topper Warranty

Your GhostBed Memory Foam Topper is under warranty for a five (5) year period against defects in materials
and/or workmanship. The warranty on the cover is for a period of one (1) year. During the first year of original
ownership, if the mattress topper is deemed defective, GhostBed shall be responsible for the repair or
replacement costs of the mattress topper except for any handling or transportation costs associated with repairs
or replacements.
This Warranty Covers

During the first year of original ownership, if the mattress topper is deemed defective, GhostBed, shall
be responsible for the repair or replacement costs of the mattress topper except for any handling or
transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements.

Years 2 through 3 we will replace the mattress topper at a handling cost to the original owner, at a
prorated charge to the original owner plus transportation costs.

If the mattress topper is replaced during the second year of this warranty, the prorated replacement
charge the original owner pays will be twenty (20) percent of the original purchase price.

If the mattress topper is replaced during the third year of this warranty, the prorated replacement charge
the original owner pays will be forty (40) percent of the original purchase price.

If the mattress topper is replaced during the fourth year of this warranty, the prorated replacement

Exclusions—This Warranty Does NOT Cover The Following
GhostBed's warranty does not include and is voided by any unsanitary condition, staining, bodily fluid
contamination, water damage, smoke damage, burns, tears, abuse, chemical damage due to improper cleaning or
heat damage. GhostBed's limited warranty does not encompass the normal softening of the memory foam material
or a lessening of the memory recovery feature which can occur over time and does not impede the stress and
pressure relieving properties of the product. The warranty also does not cover changes in the cooling
properties, which may decrease over time with use and exposure to the environment.
Instructions for Opening your Mattress Topper
This mattress topper utilizes new state of the art Vac-pack compression technology packaging for easy
mobility within the home and delivery efficiencies. Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure
the safe and proper recovery of the mattress topper and a wonderful night’s sleep.

Remove the cover and mattress topper from the outer carton. Allow the mattress topper to be exposed to
room temperature before removing from vinyl packaging if it is excessively cold. On a large flat surface,
slowly and carefully cut the bag open, so not to cut the foam accidentally. Allow the mattress topper to
recover naturally and do not force it. Remove packaging and unroll mattress topper foam onto your mattress
or a large flat surface.

Total recovery from the mattress topper’s compressed state may require several hours. Do not lie on the
mattress topper until it has completely decompressed.
- Place the accompanying cover over the topper (and mattress if applicable)
Instructions for Caring for Your Mattress Topper
Memory foam is a temperature-sensitive material; therefore, the ambient room temperature may affect the
mattress topper’s feel. Very warm or humid weather may make the mattress topper feel extra soft, while very
cold weather may render the mattress topper somewhat firmer. A bedroom temperature between 65°-75°
Fahrenheit will generate the proper feel. Rotate the Memory Foam Mattress Topper from head to foot every two
weeks for the first few months, followed by once every two or three months, or as needed.
Cover is removable and washable for easy care. Please check the label on your cover for further care
instructions.
Product Disclaimer: Memory foam may have a minor odor when the mattress topper is opened as a result of the
unique manufacturing process. This odor is harmless and will dissipate after a few days upon removal from
the packaging.

Decrease or minor “leaking” in the loft, fluff, or feel of the Weighted Blanket due to settling of the
internal beads.
The above exclusions are aspects that do not affect the performance or quality of the product. The exterior
cover on the Weighted Blanket is warranted for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against
faults in material or workmanship. If the Weighted Blanket cover is physically abused, damaged, soiled,
burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.

Instructions for Caring for Your Mattress Topper
Memory foam is a temperature-sensitive material; therefore, the ambient room temperature may affect the
mattress topper’s feel. Very warm or humid weather may make the mattress topper feel extra soft, while very
cold weather may render the mattress topper somewhat firmer. A bedroom temperature between 65°-75°
Fahrenheit will generate the proper feel. Rotate the Memory Foam Mattress Topper from head to foot every two
weeks for the first few months, followed by once every two or three months, or as needed.
Cover is removable and washable for easy care. Please check the label on your cover for further care
instructions.
Product Disclaimer: Memory foam may have a minor odor when the mattress topper is opened as a result of the
unique manufacturing process. This odor is harmless and will dissipate after a few days upon removal from
the packaging.
