Meet Marc Werner, GhostBed's Founder

Hi there, I'm Marc Werner—founder and CEO of GhostBed.

After growing up watching my grandfather and my dad run the biggest ladder manufacturing business in the US—Werner Ladder Company—I'm now proud to be a third-generation business owner myself.

I've spent the last few decades learning everything that I can about sleep. I've been able to draw on my history working at my grandfather's company, where we were laser-focused on creating durable, high-quality products. And I've been inspired by my own life experience, as well. After undergoing three neck surgeries and living with chronic pain, I really just wanted a more comfortable mattress and pillow!

Today, I have a great team by my side, whose collective experience spans 30+ years in the mattress industry. I hire the best and the brightest Sleep Experts, who know our mattresses inside and out.

More than anything, I love sharing what I've learned over the years. My grandfather always said, "Profits follow quality." That's something I'm proud to pass along to my own kids, as well as anyone who'll listen. It's just good business, and it drives what we do here at GhostBed every day.
