White Glove Delivery
Let us handle the heavy lifting by setting up your new mattress, adjustable base and/or foundation. Once your order is placed, GhostBed will ship your “White Glove” items to the service delivery team. Please allow 3-5 business days to be contacted about your “White Glove Service” delivery. Once you are contacted, they will schedule a time for delivery/setup and email you a tracking confirmation number.

Your in-home setup includes:
- Professional delivery and friendly service
- Unboxing/setup of your GhostBed mattress, adjustable base and/or foundation
- Removal of your old mattress (if needed) and packaging materials by our shipping partners
White Glove Delivery is only available for our GhostBed line of Mattresses (The GhostBed, GhostBed Luxe, GhostBed Flex, GhostBed 3D Matrix®), Adjustable Base & Foundation.
If you ordered our other products (Pillows, Sheets, Protectors), they will be shipped separately.
What is the fee for white glove delivery?
- Once the order is placed, the white glove service is a final sale.
- This cannot be canceled after the sale and no refunds are available in the event of a return under the 101-night guarantee or any order cancellation.
